Mike "Elvis" Greene - 2007
There was no 2006 Eastern Division Tournament. This was a crushing blow to the integrity of the Eastern Division and planted the seeds of doubt in everyone's mind. It seemed that the Eastern Division was going to simply disappear.
2007...Summer. The Eastern Division roared back to life inspired by Mike Morely, Pat Bitto, Joe Centrone, and Buddha. They called for a tournament and Pat Bitto put his trophy up for grabs. The event was the largest and, quite possibly, the best event the Eastern Division Masters have held. Joe Centrone and Paul Dawson printed a huge banner for the event and everyone showed up with their game faces on. After a few shots of whiskey, they battled for the gold in the FIRST EVER
OUTDOOR Masters Tournament! ANOTHER historical first in pigs. This time, no one could say that the Eastern Division were a bunch of untrained amateurs. Everyone came to play and had winning strategies for the table. Michael Greene would eventually take the gold for a second time by beating new comer Matt Morely in the final round, marking his second Masters Tournament victory.

Pat Bitto - 2005
The Eastern Division held their second Masters Tournament in 2005 with a turnout of 7 players and even more enthusiasm then prior season. This event was considered a very big deal in the NPPL because it showed that the Eastern Division wasn't simply going to fade away but would continue moving forward. Pat Bitto, who had reached the semifinals in the 2004 Tournament, went all the way to the top and claimed the title of Eastern Division Masters Champion.

Mike "Elvis" Greene - 2003
In December of 2003 The Eastern Division had it's inaugural game. This event actually held historical significance for three reasons. First off, it was the first time the pigs had expanded to another state and create another division. Second, it was the first time the tournament was held round robin style, allowing every master to compete against one another, a system of play which continues to this day. And finally, this event marked the last time a Pass The Pigs Masters tournament was held before Christmas, breaking a long standing tradition. Of course there was controversy with the winning outcome: Michael Greene won the tournament by defeating Joe Centrone in the final round, a victory which the West said didn't count because of his experience level, but like it or not, Greene was the 2004 Eastern Conference Champion.
