Regular Season
Regular season play consist of unscheduled games between two or more players during any given time of the year. The games are usually self officiated and while they do offer the pig passer a chance to brush up on his or her skill, they don't actually count for much. Generally speaking, these games are for bragging rights only.

Winter - Los Angeles CA
The West Coast Masters Tournament
--Eligible - NPPL Masters Only
--Reigning Champion - Bill Vergos

During the first few months of the year, the Masters from each division come together to fight for the right to keep the trophy and proclaim themself "Pig Champion" and earn the right to wear The Green Jacket.  Play consists of Round Robin style playing which gives the players the opportunity to face one another on equal ground. After the first round is over, those with the lowest scores are cut from the field and the semi-final round begins to determine who will go to the final round.
The Championship round consists of head to head play in a best of 7 match and the winner gets his/her name engraved on the trophy in which he can keep it until the next year's tournament. The East Coast and The West Coast Division hold their own tournaments respectivley.

The Masters consist of the original members of the NPPL and thier closest friends that they consider "Pig-worthy".  A new Master has to be voted in from the other Masters.  The West Coast League has a no-girls policy stemming from past incidents that resulted in major distractions, annoyances, and inflated league growth.  Girls are welcome to the Masters tournaments afterparties which usually wind up at multiple bars from the tournament location.
